However, if your siding is looking fairly dirty, whether it’s just from natural wear and tear or it’s covered in grass from your lawn mower, you may want to scrub and power wash it to make it look more shiny and new. You could also give it a fresh paint job.

Lastly, your yard can make a huge impact on how people see your home. You could have the cleanest home with a beautiful new roof and it could all be ruined by a cluttered yard with garbage strewn about. Take some time to clean up and organize your yard and you’ll be amazed at the difference it makes.

You should also consider doing some DIY landscaping. Keep it mowed and groomed, plant some flowers, and maybe even add some mulch.
